Y’all ready to get extermuhnatin? Your crew from the Vermin Vanquishers, Sarasota’s premier rodent exterminators, get the call to Spaulding’s Junkyard — called in to handle what ol’ Spaulding himself thought was going to be just a simple pesky rodent problem. A job that should be a quick in-and-out. Set some traps, spray some poison, and grab a cold one on the way back. But the second you step past the junkyard office, somethin’ feels off. Real off. Light’s start flickerin’, shadows move when they shouldn’t, and there’s a low growlin’ comin’ from deep in the scrap heaps. Somethin’ big. Somethin’ mean. This ain’t your everyday rodent. Will you exterminate the beast, or be buried in the scrap heap?

im a wimp but after asking them to dial back the jump scares it really wasn't bad at all. I think i would have been ok with the jump scares. Theme is super original and puzzles all made sense. good for 2-3 players IMO. worth the visit!

Absolutely adore this room! It is incredibly well done. Plan to add this to the must play list along with other area favorites. The scenic, story, and puzzles all flowed together to create something magical.

This was SUCH an amazing experience. From the moment we started to the stop of the clock: the story was moving us along and the puzzles were exceptional. A great blend of puzzles and tech, fantastic scares that were perfectly executed and just a beautifully cluttered design! (It’s a junkyard, what can you expect!) Perfect set, perfect team, and perfect set. Shoutout to Chris and Trevor for knocking it out of the park with this one. A must do in the Sarasota area! (And worth the drive if you’re not)

There’s a short list of games I recommend to those in the Florida area to check out - pins and needles, servants, cornstalkers, echos, the lodge from riddlers - cinema 7 for something unique as well and this one, Exterminated, arguably, tops the list for me Such a well balanced game. The theme is wonderful. The story seeps into through every puzzle, riddle, encounter, room, ambiance … rare to find a game that is just this balanced and focused Intuitive puzzles, completely unique story, live actor (not a spoiler as it’s listed when you book) but adds so much more of the game. If you have trepidation for a live actor, hit this game and it will change your mind. Chris and Trevor are fantastic and I cannot wait to see what they do next. Book this room Some info for the place: Spooky theme (might be okay for the younger crowd as it’s not gory assuming they like scary things) Easy parking Room probably best with 2-4 adult sized humans Can rebook a second room for a discount on site (if they have avails) Food options near by

You are tasked with exterminating rats in a garbage dump. Things go horribly awry. This room punches far above its weight and was an unexpected highlight of my trip to Central Florida. It’s not a high-budget room, but the puzzles, atmosphere, acting, and unique concept elevate it significantly. We played with a group of 3, which is a perfect number for this compact space. Everyone will need to crawl. I can’t wait to see what this upstart company can build with a larger footprint!
