This could be so good but it really fails to meet expectations. I’m not sure the game designer has ever played this version of their game. Controls and buttons in the room that do absolutely nothing, multiple screens that don’t work, glare from lights so you can’t read information. Text so small only 1 person in our group could read it. I would feel cheated if we’d paid full price for this experience. This isn’t what an escape room experience should be. One positive is they’re very lucky to have excellent staff! Everyone was lovely and welcoming. They’ve been let down by this game!
The story didn’t really make any sense, which I can forgive. The first room was fun but as soon as that was over it was a subpar experience.
Tenpin is looking amazing. The set design is OK but it could definitely be better. Things were broken on day 1!
The GM was fantastic. She was let down by the game itself.
