A lot of thought always goes into the story of each room they have and that was clear with this room. Some of the puzzles were cute and well themed while others were a little frustrating, physical skills based puzzles can be frustrating time wasters. The decor and theming wasn’t as strong as other rooms although I really liked the end and a few cool puzzles that was incredibly unique.
Gameplay
I wish some of the puzzles fit the theme better. Some were jungle/animal themed and fit really well while others weren’t which was disappointing.
Atmosphere
They have better decorated rooms, especially their newer ones. The theming was a little bare bones.
Customer service
The staff is always very welcoming, our game master Dominic was very cool.

A lot of wear that made it difficult sometimes to tell what was a puzzle and what was just worn.

There were several physical puzzles, some that were games of skill which was frustrating. At least one player needs to be able to crawl/or crouch.
Accessibility
The room is on the second floor and at least one person is required to crouch/crawl. Another requires a bit of dexterity between two players and a bit of height although there is a stool.
Easy to find location
It gets easier after each visit now that we know but it blends in the first visit or two.
