This was our first ever escape room (and we love Mystery Mansion) and it’s still our favorite after three rooms. We’re a family of four (tween, teen, parents) and this was an excellent intro. I think we could go back a few years from now and still enjoy it. If you’re Gen X or a fan of The Breakfast Club, you’ll really love the theme.

This was the second time we played this room (almost exactly 4 years later) and we thoroughly enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. The theme is a lot of fun and the passion that the Mystery Mansion puts into its rooms is as obvious here as it is in every other room. As one of their easier rooms it is great for beginners. The 1980s high school theme is a lot of fun. The Mystery Mansion sets the standard for escape rooms in Central Arkansas!
Gameplay
The game moves along very smoothly and quickly. The direction of the puzzles are relatively obvious, but in a fun way. The 1980s high school theme was very entertaining.
Atmosphere
Very immersive considering the mansion that it is contained in. It feels consistently like a school room. The props were entirely immersive and entirely appropriate to the theme.
Customer service
Charles did an outstanding job as both our introduction to the Mansion and the room, and our game master. He saw where we were headed off track once and helped kicked us back into play with a clue, but when we got another puzzle wrong instead of jumping in he allowed us to go back on our own and resolve the puzzle to get the correct solution. Excellent game master!

Probably my least favorite Mystery Mansion escape room, which still puts it a class above most other escape rooms. It has fun puzzles and exciting twists—pretty much everything you could want in an escape room.

If you want to go back to the 80s, then this room is for you! It’s a blast to the past and has all the detail to make you feel like you’re back in time! The puzzles are so cool and we had a blast playing this room! No one in my group was born in the 80s, but it was super cool to see what a classroom would look like back then!

This room is on the second floor but I think they have an elevator. You’d have to call and check. I remember the hallway being narrow but it might fit a wheelchair.

I did this escape room while on vacation and I wish I could have done more. The atmosphere of Mystery Mansion is amazing and this room was a blast. The owner is also incredibly kind and let us see some of the puzzles and items they create. Highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.
