Sweethearts Ice Cream Parlour

Absolutely adored this room! With gorgeous theming and design, blending cool puzzles, sweet theatrics, and a whole lot of heart (all puns intended), Sweethearts is a truly delightful experience. You can really see and feel the care, effort, and attention to detail that went into its creation, with the main emphasis being "fun". It's precisely the kind of room that made me fall in love with escape rooms in the first place.

Take scoops of incredible narrative, add sprinkles of unique satisfying puzzles and put a cherry or two on top of incredible twists that I’ve never seen in another room.

Absolutely stellar room. I'm a longtime Escape Room lover, visited many different establishments, and this is easily in my top 3 rooms, if not first place. Literally downloaded Morty JUST to write this :D There's so much passion and love in every corner. I've been to massive, multi-room adventures, but Sweethearts somehow gets so much out of a comparatively smaller escape room. There are so many little clues and details that weren't necessary to the puzzles, but simply for lore and story purposes, and realising just what that story was was so incredibly rewarding. There are so many special touches, and so much extra the owners do to personalise every team's adventure. Cannot recommend this room enough, and I cannot WAIT to try their others!!

OMG! What a room! My partner and I have recently joined the escape room community 2 months ago and this is our 16th and BEST room yet. We had a great time at Seance so naturally had to come back and do Sweethearts and it did not disappoint. The owners and Sam honestly made all the difference with their communication, vibe and engagement. From start to finish, the experience was next level. This room was an absolute 10/10 on every aspect!! Can’t wait till they release their 3rd room!

One of the best features of Sweethearts is its multi-linear design, making it ideal for both big groups and smaller teams looking for a fun challenge. This structure allows multiple puzzle paths to unfold simultaneously, encouraging teamwork and keeping everyone engaged throughout the game. What sets Sweethearts apart, beyond its brilliant puzzles and immersive theme, is the clear passion and enthusiasm of the owners. Their commitment enhances the overall experience, delivering a challenging, immersive, and expertly crafted escape room that every enthusiast should not miss.

An excellent escape room, genuinely one of the best I’ve ever played. Awesome, high quality theming and original, interesting puzzles. The staff are great and in character. Can’t wait to play another room here.

Sweethearts might be the best room I have done so far! Every puzzle felt challenging yet achievable, and many of them effortlessly used the environment to their advantage. It was immediately made clear that an incredible amount of thought and attention was given to every prop and puzzle to ensure they fit the setting. Each element felt natural in the space, keeping us immersed in the world and story they created from start to finish. The ability for these guys to bring everything they envisioned to life is something to be witnessed, and I look forward to seeing whatever dream they make into a reality next!

The Cool Space is up there with Next Level, Cipher, and Social Escape—storyline, puzzle design and number of puzzles, gameplay, and some special customer service all made our first experience here live up to its name. Highly recommend!! Daniel was a wonderful GM and was highly knowledgeable on the development of the room and its completion data.

The second room at The Cool Space was a memorable experience, crafted by a talented team. Set in a realistic 1950s ice cream shop, it featured challenging puzzles and engaging gameplay. The atmosphere was nostalgic and whimsical, with charming decor that transported us back in time. The puzzles were stimulating and satisfying, enhancing the adventure’s excitement. It was a journey through time, celebrating creativity and imagination. We look forward to returning to explore more of their enchanting worlds.
