There’s a lot special about this room. There’s some spectacle here that isn’t done much in Phoenix! It’s not the most polished, but it has a unique vision and creates some memorable moments.
Accessibility
Very inhibitive for those in wheelchairs. A few puzzles are made difficult by low lighting and colors that may not be friendly to those with color blindness.

It was an okay room… As far as positives, the theme was well done and immersive. The clues were unique in some ways which was appreciated, and there was more than one room to the experience (not really a spoiler, as you are told this from the start). However, it felt a bit half-baked in some ways. I suppose it was rated easy, but I still felt the length to be quite short. I was also surprised by how small the room was - for a room that allows you to book up to 12 people, there simply would not be enough room or clues for this to be a pleasant experience with any more than 4 people. Additionally, staff were a bit standoffish in a way that was unexpected compared to escape rooms we’ve done in the past. Before the room, the employees seemed simply unenthusiastic, and after, a different employee seemed rushed to take our picture and have us leave, even though we finished in less than half the allotted time, so it was not as if another group was waiting. It was just a bit off putting overall.

Honestly, a really good room, especially for beginners. Not super difficult but fun to do. Theme was nicely done. Didn’t have a great experience with our GM but would suggest the room.

Flowed really well. Cohesive puzzles. Pretty simple, but a lot of fun to do. Great room for beginners.

Great example of not doing more than they could handle. Theme was great and effective.
Customer service
We had an unpleasant experience with our GM. There was some miscommunication that lead her to believe we were doing a different room, even though we walked in with pirate costumes on. We got it cleared up and figured out, but it is came off a little rude. This led to our experience feeling negative while she explained the rules. She also forgot to set up a part of our room. It was just a few black light flashlight, but she had to come into the room to give them to us.
