"I Can Hear You" has finally been rebuilt and is back in 2025. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to play the old version and was all the happier about this new release. The game was a lot of fun. I, as someone fairly experienced in horror escape rooms, played it with a friend who had no previous horror game experience, and we both loved it!
All the acting moments were perfectly paced and had professional timing. The story made perfect sense, and the setting was very authentic. We lost all sense of space and time and were completely immersed in the game. These are clear signs that Entered has done everything right with this experience. If you're looking for challenging puzzles, you won't find much in this game. But that's not Entered's brand. They create a horror experience and are simply very, very good at it. Comparable games would be "Don't Take A Breath" from Athens and the sadly closed "Stay In The Dark." It's important to emphasize that the exciting core mechanics of those games were first used in the old version of the room in Entered. If you've played those rooms, you'll know what I mean.
Thank you also for the pleasant and interesting debriefing, for which everyone involved patiently and attentively took the time despite the late hour!
