Sadly, at the time of this writing, this company just closed a month ago. This was an interesting game as was the company. (All the games were part of an overarching storyline.) This game had a lab based theme as you attempted to build a vaccine for a future plague. That said, this wasn't a typical lab game with lots of interesting scientific puzzles and some unique set designs.

Lots of bells and whistle, really tech ornate. One of kind all rooms connect each other but you don’t need to play em in order

My biggest complaint about valcarol is they won’t let you book for just two players. Every group is private so you can’t join another party but you have to pay for 4 people even if you only have two. I understand this is necessary on nights where they are busy but when asked if we could wait and see if the room doesn’t get booked could we still play and pay for just 2 or even 3, we were told no. I feel like selling two or three tickets is better than none.

Love the intro! Very nonlinear game that would work better with a group of 4 or more but still doable with 2. Very high tech but not in the way I’m used to. Great game master that paid attention to our gameplay. Would recommend

This was the 2nd room we did at Valcarol Missions and it did not disappoint! It was a great room that flowed really well from the storyline into the puzzles. The tech in the room was done really well, the puzzles were awesome and the props were next level! The amount of detail that goes into the rooms here, you can really tell a great deal of thought was put into them from start to finish. I really recommend visiting these escape rooms because it truly is an immersive experience from start to finish! We can’t wait for the 3rd room to be completed so we can come back and play that!

Another great room by Valcarol Missions! Our second visit here. They have 2 rooms completed, others coming soon. The atmosphere is incredible, like a University Studios Set. Very well thought out puzzles, and extremely immersive!! Highly recommend!

The Valcarol Missions is like going into a universal studios set! The details are spectacular, like no other!

I really loved this room. I thought the story was great and the set and props were even better. The owners/GMs are amazing and love what they do, and it shows. The puzzles work seamlessly within the story and it all works together within this universe that they have built for their overall business. Really fun idea. My only complaint is that there are a lot of screens to input puzzle answers in this room and it got a bit monotonous after a while, but that jived with the environment, so I can see why they did that. Great job!
The gameplay was pretty good, although I got a little tired of all the screens (although to be fair, they made complete sense in their environment).
I thought the atmosphere was pretty unreal (in a good way). The owners obviously put a ton of time and energy into making this room as realistic as they could and it shows. The set design and props are BEAUTIFUL. Particularly the BIG one (you’ll understand when you play). It’s such a neat idea.
The GMs/owners were really fun. They obviously love this industry and business and are in it for the long haul. They’re doing such an amazing job!

This room relates well to the overall story and is truly immersive. The stories intertwine but plating the room in either sequence is just ok.

The Hidden Lab was an excellent room. We enjoyed our experience and even learned some science along the way. Would recommend and play again.
