Room could have been ok, but the stifling heat and indifferent game master made the experience quite negative. Not welcoming at all and certainly did not bring any atmosphere to the game. This was the sort of game that could have benefited from a good game master given the limitations of the room. We were very disappointed.
Gameplay
Game was ok. We didn't get much instruction at the start and were tentative to interact with some things in the room, thinking they were decor only. Most rooms give you a run down of what to do/not to do before a game, so this would be helpful.
Atmosphere
Room decor was ok. Not much to it. It was oppressively hot in the entire building, which made the experience difficult. Game master did not contribute to atmosphere.
Customer service
Indifferent/bored at best and weren't really attentive. Definitely not a welcoming experience
