This room was the better of the two we did (we also did the prison break room). It was fine, although nothing to write home about. A lot of locks and keys. Even though the room was okay, we didnβt enjoy ourselves because of the GM. He wasnβt paying attention and was borderline rude. I wouldnβt go back.

I was seriously surprised with this room. After doing their prison break room (which was straightforward in concept although both puzzles & set were more elaborate than I thought going in), I figured more of the same for a Western style room. Wait. It's a Western Steampunk room?? Yes, please! Beautiful set. Steampunk concepts often give you nice twists to some of the clues and puzzles which we got here. I would offer the puzzles weren't the most intuitive which hurt the flow a little, but the whole room still came together well. If you are in Charleston, check this room out and time permitting, throw in the prison break one also.

This was a great room, I used it propose, and everything went as planned! My gf, now fiancΓ©, was sooo surprised and all she thought was that we were going for my niece's birthday. It was ALL thanks to Breakout Charleston. I would recommend this room and company to anyone that likes or want to get into escape rooms!
