It makes me sad that this haunt as big as it is, is just not good. Bad storytelling, run down sets, unimpressive lighting, untrained scare actors, broken props and one of the worst sounding attractions I have ever been to.

You can tell the scare actors had no proper training. With how much money the owners make on this event they should respect their actors and their guests and invest in a professional to teach them in a monster school.
Atmosphere
You can tell a lot of work went into creating some of the sounds effects and music but killed any type atmosphere with how loud it was. The “sound engineer” has no clue on speaker placement, what an equalizer does and how to operate a volume control. This is not Spinal Tap, you don’t need to turn it up to 11.

Went Sunday at 8:30 if I had to wait in a long queue I would be angry for what was offered.

Untrained actors could not judge distances. There were pneumatic props that went to far into the walkway. They have large scale props that are pushed by staff directly into guests.

Not enough and not clean. I can’t imagine how bad they are going to be on very crowded nights. Wash stations had no water.
