The Sorcerer's Secret Chamber

So let me start off by saying I love this location. I have never disliked a room of theirs before. However this one missed the mark greatly for my family. We have done many escape rooms, much more than this app will let me mark and we usually have no problems. Yes we have lost some and that doesnt bother us. This room just seemed to be unnecessarily difficult. First off its a dark room. Flashlights only, which we dont like to begin with. Second and most importantly the puzzles just didnt make sense. We RARELY go over 2-3 clues a room and when we do it gives us that "oh yeah! Duh!" Moment. Like we should've known that was what to do. We used way too many clues, and almost everyone had me looking at my wife and saying " How the heck were we supposed to get that???" And that's just not fun. I want to feel smart by getting the puzzles and hints laid out for us. Not play a guessing game and hoping for luck. With about 20 minutes remaining my wife and I were just done because nothing was making any sense. And that's just not the kind of room we enjoy or reccomend to others. On a plus side I will say the room is gorgeous, and on theme very well. I absolutely love the look and vibe of the room. It was just heavily overshadowed by the flow and logic of the puzzles.
