Let me start by saying that this place really has potential to be cool. The vibes were amazing. Loved the retro games and music they had playing. I think they have a lot going on and not really enough people who are passionate enough about escape rooms to run several rooms along with the VR, a bar and whatever else they have going on. We had our first game (Area 941) scheduled at 7pm and the second (Tiki Trouble) at 8pm. We arrived 15 minutes early as usual and we waited an additional 30 minutes past our start time because the people in front of us were late. No big deal, we had plenty to keep us busy while we waited. We asked for one hint in this room and no one responded. We know it takes some time to respond sometimes, so we waited a few minutes. The second time we asked they responded “we’re busy. Hang on” and then he came into the room and asked what we were on. It just took us away from being immersed in the room and made us afraid to ask for other clues. We finished with time to spare in our first room, Area 941, but the (I’m assuming manager) came into the room and immediately rushed us into our second room. He seemed really annoyed while he was taking our picture and basically threw us into the next room and started the time. It was not our fault that they were behind or had staff that weren’t paying attention to make sure they were tracking games that were currently running. Like I said, cool vibes, a lot of potential, but the staff definitely turned us off from this place. We may come back and check out their other rooms, but we aren’t in a hurry.
I’d give it a halfway between thumbs up and thumbs down.
