Had a fantastic experience! We took the family to do the new Miner Mayhem room and it was awesome. This was our 2nd visit as we previously had completed their first room, Sweet Revenge, last year. The family owners are excellent and take pride in their business; it shows! We've done nearly 40 rooms across northeast Ohio as a family and this one was excellent. Also leaving a great rating on Morty!
Gameplay
Gameplay flowed very well, a couple complex puzzles, but the clues provided enabled our success.
Atmosphere
The room was new, very clean, everything worked great (nothing worn) and well kept.
Customer service
The host was fantastic, super friendly, and obviously showed great pride in their business.
