Black and White Cafe

Great theme and unique puzzles! Definitely enjoyed my time here. I hope to try Moriarty’s Manor next time I’m back in town.

I’ve been wanting to do this room for years and I’m so glad I did! I was so impressed with how well kept the room is, especially with it being almost all white and a few years old. I would have thought it just opened a month ago. It was so well maintained! Joyce was our game master and she was awesome! Such a sweetheart, and extremely attentive. It felt like we were playing a game ran by a friend, which was such a lovely experience! I’m excited to come back and play more Mind Fox games!!

Love this game! I have done this room twice now, with maybe a year in between, and have enjoyed myself each time. I like how well the storyline went with the room and it’s refreshing to see puzzles that aren’t just a simple lock and key. Even if I’ve done this room before, I’ll do it time and time again just to introduce more friends to it.

Had a great experience at Black and White Cafe! The colorless 2D theme of the room was unique and fun, and the puzzles ranged from simple to pretty complex! Our game master, Joyce, did a great job at letting us figure out as much as we could by ourselves and stepped in at the right times to help give us clues when needed in order to “escape” on time. Would definitely recommend for intermediate-experienced players!

We loved our experience in the Black and White Cafe. It was a single room but still took 47 minutes to completion. The puzzles were logical and were not overlapping. Our game master Joyce was attentive and friendly. Have really enjoyed both offerings at MindFox and hope to go for new rooms in the future!

I love cute rooms and this one was one of them indeed!! Room was well designed and puzzle flowed nicely. Solid gen 1 room with some unique mechanics. MindFox as a company also went above and beyond. They welcome your team name on their tv and show the photo at the end. Snacks were provided between our frames which was a plus.

This room was so fun!!!!! My boyfriend & I have played multiple escape rooms before & all of them have had multiple rooms so when we saw that this only had one, we weren’t sure how to feel about it but now, we literally only have GOOD things to say about this. I love the layout of the room & how the story makes so much sense. Our GM, Isabella, was extremely helpful with the hints & nudged us in the right direction whenever we were feeling stuck. At first, seeing everything (the puzzles/locks) was a bit overwhelming but then when we got in our flow, it all pieced together. My boyfriend and I play to have fun & not be so competitive so whenever we were stuck, we asked for the hint & even the way the GM gave us the hints were so fun!! We made it out with time to spare (about 2 minutes & something seconds) but if we didn’t ask for some hints, we definitely either would’ve barely made it or wouldn’t have made it past the time as some puzzles required thinking outside of the box hehe definitely going to try out their other room with some more people :)

Fun escape room. Enjoyed the black and white theme. The game master Joyce was great and provided a custom clue even including the name of who in our group was on the right track.

Very cute Cafe themed escape room. Really enjoyed the esthetics and the background music. Wish we could stay in there a bit longer. There were a lot more busy work than expected! Our GM Charlie was super great!
