The Demon

As someone who loves the Insidious movies, I was excited to play a room about little Dalton Lambert, but got hit by reality real fast: This room was insanely underwhelming. When it comes to horror rooms, I either expect good riddles and less horror or easy "riddles" and a lot of horror. This one had like no real horror and also way too easy riddles. The worst of both worlds. The gamemaster gave us "hints" way too early, so we finished with more than 20 minutes left, which made the experience way less fun than it could have been. The interaction with the actor in the room was a tad bit boring (and I'm usually easily scared) and we felt like being in a walking simulator (if you see light, go there). The set design is nice and they use the space pretty well, but the experience itself just didn't give me anything sadly.
