There were at least 3 items that didn’t work right in the room, including the escape code. We entered the code and nothing happened. Double checked and tried it again. Finally the game master, who was wonderful, by the way, came over the speaker and said we were right and it wasn’t working. I understand that things happen and sometimes stuff just doesn’t work, but it is unacceptable to take someone’s money and give them the experience that we just had. Honestly, everything working wouldn’t move the needle much on my opinion of the room. It’s old and outdated. They should really consider retiring it.
