Hi-Orbit Escape Room

Incredible. Occasionally you walk into a game and realize that you’re playing something truly special. This isn’t just a game, it’s a full adventure. From the beginning to the end you’re engaged on a full story. The game is a must do .

We played during the soft launch today and it’s such a fun theme. I loved the lighting and use of video screens! The set is interesting, really wonderful use of space. The hint system was mostly done through an in game mechanism that kept the world alive without being intrusive. I enjoyed how they leaned into the twenty nine palms location. This is an ambitious escape game with lots of unique ideas. This game is great for players that love multi-room experiences, scenery, modern escape experiences and active challenges. I would not recommend this to players that prefer physical locks, gen 1 games, or multi-layered puzzles. Shoutout to Beth our awesome GM! Thank you Blake for the invitation!

A set full of variety without breaking the theme or becoming cluttered. Some of the elements completely wowed me. There is some really cool tech/builds at play. It's sure to be fun for any player level, especially if you like to play "for the experience" of set and theme. Absolutely loved it!

Best intro/rules video ever, hands down. Super cool first room/experience entrance. Love the late 70s/80s theme and music. AMAZING SET THROUGHOUT. Story was top and made sense throughout the entire time. Love the video actor and our experience narrator/guide. Cool use of props. Theme in the sets was so fitting to the Joshua Tree location and experience, no notes. Wow, highly recommend!! Thanks for the beta test opportunity!

It is an experience for sure. Very strong start. Cool elements. Good variety of rooms and puzzles. The puzzles themselves are not too difficult, but they are fun, especially because they are so different. A lot of great ideas in general.

Definitely one of the top things you can do in the area. Get a good group of friends and have fun! The production on this is amazing and the lobby is one of the best I've seen for an escape room place.

Hi-Orbit is unlike any other escape room I’ve done. From the story to the world, you really feel like you’ve stepped out of the real world and into the fantasy. There’s also something for everyone, world building and amazing sets for people not as interested in puzzles and game play but also fun in-world puzzles that really push the story forward.

I got a chance to test this game with my partner and we seriously had such a blast. We really felt like we were transported to a JT campground. The story was so strong throughout the experience too! You always know what’s going on story-wise (which I love). This was such a cool escape room with amazing tech and decor!
