Puppet Heist: The Hand Of Life

Such a disappointment due to its unexecuted potential and wildly confusing puzzle flow. This feels like a game that is in (or somehow skipped...) beta testing. While it starts off clever (and actually, hilarious), it ends in a tricky morass of multiple puzzles available but only one actually solvable. An utter lack of signposting and an in-game "checklist" which actually misdirects you, this game left us all with a bad taste in our mouth. Should absolutely be fixed/reworked - there's something great here but, as one fellow player said, "this isn't it." A real shame. I was leaning toward a "like" for creativity and uniqueness, but the frustration at the poor puzzle flow won me over by the end of this review. #PleaseFixThisGame - A fixed Puppet Heist 2.0 could absolutely be a winner.

This escape room would have been perfectly fun on its own, but the addition of the puppet element really elevated it. A great family friendly room.

The room was not great. Some of the puzzles weren’t working. Others were just completely skipped so we felt jipped because there were less puzzles. The puppet element was cute but needed more thought. The puzzles just felt unfinished or confusing in flow and after having done other good rooms in Orlando this was not up to par

This room has such a fun theme! was totally fine for 2 people. in fact I wouldn't recommend playing with more than 3 just because the puzzles are all linear so larger groups wouldn't have much for each person to do. this is one of the best rooms ive played as far as theme goes. decor was on point too! highly recommend

Overall a very fun experience! I can see why this is one of their more popular rooms! Without spoiling anything, the theming and the use of the props in puzzles is very fun! It is a very cute experience that people of all ages can enjoy! The puzzles aren’t terribly difficult, but also not too hard, a good mix that is definitely fun! The lobby was also quite welcoming (shoutout to Coral!) and helpful in answering any questions we may have had. Definitely going to come back for more!

Great theming, especially for kids. But disappointing puzzles

Very fun and cute, loved the story. The puzzles are very family friendly. One portion took a decent amount of skill (coordination).

It was a cool interactive experience but, for experienced escape roomers it was easy and quick especially if you communicate well.
