Positive points: The room is set in the SAW universe. Classified as difficult, but for us it was more of a medium difficulty. Some really cool puzzles and a very nice atmosphere. The theme brings with it some extra difficulties for players involving being Jigsaw's prisoners. The Servo staff is very helpful and attentive. I really like that their radio has a flashlight; it helps a lot with tired eyes when entering numbers on padlocks. Points to improve: The room presented several problems. Audio messages that froze, flashlight that ran out of battery... little things that hinder progress and break immersion. We needed the staff to go to the room 3 times to fix something.
