The room itself was very detailed but the puzzles themselves were very arduous, time-consuming and frustrating and nothing flowed logically. Some things we couldn’t reach and it was annoying that there was only one monitor in the 2 rooms. The GM also kept giving us hints to things we already figured out. We will probably not return to this place.
Gameplay
The puzzles could only be described as frustrating! Many were extremely time-consuming.
Atmosphere
It was so immersive there was so much to look at it made it very difficult to figure out what was a clue and what was a prop. We spent a good chunk of time just taking inventory
Customer service
The GM was really condescending and said the room could be hard for newbies. We were not—we had done many and solved all of them but this one the puzzles were arduous and not fun to do.
