Loot Wars: The X-Traction

Great immersive room, with some cool high tech/gadgety things we really enjoyed. Like the other Loot Wars room here, there were some puzzles/tasks we'd never seen before, which always makes me happy. I read a lot of dystopia fiction so I really dug this bunker/Anonymous vibe but it might not be as kiddo friendly. Very fun for me, though, and I hope someday there'll be more from this team!

We did it. We did the thing. Great use of the space, but I would advise you to think about your actions. There are general rules for escape rooms, that King's Eye doesn't necessarily abide by. Loved our GM, he really went the extra mile to make sure we had a good time.

We very much enjoyed the uniqueness of some of the puzzles. Excited to return for part 2!

Room on the smaller side, but fairly packed with puzzles. Puzzles are for the most part pretty straight forward and make sense. A few seemed slightly difficult to "line up" so made interpreting results in some cases a little difficult. Overall not bad, but also not something particulary exciting.

King's Eye Escape rooms have a reputation for thinking outside of the box, and they sure did not disappoint with this room. There is just one room but this experience showed me that one room could be just as engaging with the right amount of puzzles. We had a group of 5 and we all had plenty of to do. We all worked together to solve some of the puzzles because they did require collaboration or just another way of thinking about the same problem. We had Mark, the owner, as our game master, and he was so great. The passion is there and he was accommodating to us wanting to do the other room on the same day because we had so much fun with the first one. I hope they have another room to add to the lore because this room is actually the prequel to the story behind their other room, The Harvest.

Even though it was one room, there was plenty to do and very cleverly put together! We did it with two and everything was easily manageable. I don’t know how a group bigger than 3 or 4 would fit without being on top of each other. Super friendly customer service and GM too! I’m excited to try their second room in the series.
