A flaccid, low thumbs up. It definitely had elements inspired by the actual books/movie! I thought the room was high tech overall but worn and showing its age with some of the puzzles. For their sister company in Livermore, the room is the same theme, different puzzles.

As fans of Harry Potter, I'm always looking forward to a wizard-themed room. The idea was great, the settings were pretty visually appealing, and the puzzles were decent, but sadly things like not being greeted on time by staff, wonky mechanics, receiving unhelpful hints, and not being offered to have our picture taken (I had to take one myself for my collection) soured the experience a lot. We hope this company takes things like this into consideration because the room itself has great potential.
The staff barely paid attention to us, not even greeting us or thanking us at the end. Plus not having our picture taken really saddened us :(
