35 escape rooms
Please note that I leave this review regarding the Shine room at The LOST Escape Room. I believe this is one of the oldest escape rooms at The LOST, and it shows in that the game flow was weak. Several leaps in logic were required as most of the clues seemed to be non sequitirs and did not logically lead you to open a certain lock in a certain part of the room. Our game master Bella was phenomenal with helping us through this room. I want to note though that Shine is being replaced in a few weeks by a new Sherlock Holmes themed room. I also want to note that clearly the owners of The LOST and game designers have improved since Shine. I played The Lost Queen which was worlds better than Shine, and I can only imagine how amazing End of the Line (Bullseye Award winner). I recommend The LOST Escape Room as a place to test your pattern recognition and puzzle solving skills, but I do not recommend the room Shine, which is fine because that room is getting replaced by a better room soon. Also shout out to Cara for recognizing us when she was our game master back in October!
Gameplay
The puzzles did not flow together. There were several leaps in logic. We had requested our game master provide us with no nudges but she had to nudge us because all clues and clues within boxes were non sequitirs.
Atmosphere
Immersive enough. Nothing spectacular but not every escape room needs to be. Nothing distracted from the theme.
Customer service
Amazing as always. Cara remembered that we had played an escape room 2 months prior. Our game master Bella knew just how to help us with the puzzles and communicated clearly and effectively. Definitely on top of her game.

Mostly locks which I do like. There was one puzzle which required a unique skill and was fun.
