Wasn’t my fave 🤷🏻‍♀️

Gameplay

A certain puzzle was a super huge stretch, and then it’s super annoying that one box would have multiple locks. Causing a bit of frustration trying to chase down what all puzzles unlocks this one singular box. Then to open the box and it’s only a code word you provide to watch a video.

What a fun, massive room! Mostly linear, but plenty of puzzles to keep a team of four busy. A couple time sinks with double locks. However, no logic breaks, everything flowed well. It’s really a 75 minute room with videos that pause the timer, stretching it to 90. While the videos add to the immersion, they could easily be replaced with written clues to speed up the game. Still, one of our favorites!

Would definitely recommend to all groups. It’s a good team work game to run all around finishing tasks. Good communication needed to divide and conquer. Game makes sense in every room and puzzles are unique to actually match every area in which is key in escaperooms. Not like many where puzzles do t match the theme or game. Fun additions and unique on how to finish the game. Great company on customer service and good tools given at beginning.

Gameplay

Had great flow and actually made sense. Answers always fit the room etc

Atmosphere

Did a great job on creativity with the space to work with. Good actor on videos. Nice lobby presentation and lock trunks et.

Game was fun and the overall atmosphere was great. The puzzles were mainly linear but unique. You do have to watch many video features but they stop your time while watching which is nice.

This room was a lot of fun and covered a massive area, which was very neat. Very unique puzzles in this room, and it was extremely story-driven. Excellent incorporation of the puzzles into the story. It felt like we were playing through the plot of a movie. One of this location's best, and very highly recommended!

Wow! This was our second 90-minute (3 of us) escape room with Escape Code, and we did it back to back with "Revenge" (now closed). "The Zeros" has A LOT of puzzles to be solved in the 90 minutes. It stays with the overall theme and there is a good amount of terrain to cover. It is mostly linear and there are a variety of clues. The post-apocalyptic theme goes along with how the game runs -- there is a lot of noise and chaos. We were physically drained at the end, but we had smiles on our faces. This is a must do at Escape Code.

Gameplay

The game flowed well and maintained the overall theme. There were a couple of novel puzzles, but overall it was more about quantity than novelty. The game was mostly linear with the clues spread out over a very large area.

Atmosphere

The set fully supported the storyline. Overall, it wasn't overly immersive, but given such a large play area it was immersive enough. Each part supported the whole. Our only critique was the music was VERY LOUD and added a level of chaos that was somewhat exhausting. We were unsure if it added to the theme or just added to a level of frustration. If it's part of the scenario we were able to work around it.

Customer service

Escape Code's staff is outstanding. They are upfront with discounts, and recommendations for their rooms. They are always enthusiastic and welcoming. Our game master was helpful and responsive during our entire game play.

Particularly interesting or different

Yes

The game was different in that it was a 90-minute challenge. The actual puzzles and play were similar to other games we've played.

While the game was mostly linear there was a lot of ground to cover. However, because it was generally linear too many people would not have been any more helpful since it would have just increased the number of people trying to solve the same puzzle. We successfully completed the room with 3 players which seemed to be the absolute minimum.

Scary

Not scary

...except for the post-apocalyptic theme. Not too scary.

Some of the videos were a little morbid, but nothing even close to over the top. They added to the scenario well but displayed visible signs of illness.

Everything worked well.

The set is huge and with only 3 people we had A LOT OF AREA to cover. The fact that the room is so spread out added to the challenge, in a good way.

Accessibility

Easily accessible, but dark in a lot of areas, and LOUD.

What an amazing experience! Way different than anything I have ever done! This room would definitely accommodate a larger group but can also be completed with a small group. I had a group of 3 and we beat the record for quickest escape! I would highly recommend this room to anyone in the Branson area!
