91 escape rooms
Unfortunately, this is just not our favorite place to play based on the design and quality of the rooms. This room somewhat fit that motif. It was relatively fun and mostly linear. The puzzles were mostly good but some of the logic is confusing. We had a device in the room that continuously provided input and we weren't sure if that was part of the game or our GM observing and moving things along (see time above). This was similar to another game we played at this location where a lot of codes went into the same device to unlock multiple items. If we were in Hot Springs for another reason, this would be worth playing, but we don't intend to travel there to do any more of their rooms (4 down, 2 remaining).
Gameplay
Gameplay was average. It flowed relatively well with only a couple of speed bumps. We never asked for a clue, but some extra info may have been provided. There was nothing here we hadn't seen before but things moved along pretty well with a little confusion/inconsistencies(?) on a couple of the puzzles.
Atmosphere
Customer service
Excellent. The individual that greeted us (and was our GM -- you don't interact directly I don't think) was professional and enthusiastic.

Good for advanced beginners with a couple of rooms completed. The flow was linear but a couple of the puzzles required some deeper work.

Parking
Limited
We found parking on the street in Hot Springs on a Friday night. If it was busier there were paid parking lots a little further away. I think we got lucky with parking at that time of day.
