EVIL Robots

The theme and immersion of this room were very exciting, but many of the puzzles just didn’t make sense. Not a bad room, just frustratingly cerebral at times with lots of “nudges” to understand what’s being asked.

Evil Robots is a game that has an amazing set piece but the puzzles and the rest of the experience fell flat for our team. + We loved the gorgeously crafted robot at the heart of the game. It is stunning and would be outstanding in any of the best theme parks in the world. Even its movements were smooth and absolutely slack jawed, awe inspiring. + Other parts of the set, though not as breathtaking, were also deliberately and carefully crafted, and were standouts. -Not all the puzzles were intuitive for my group. We took far more clues to get us back on track in this room than the other two Nemesis rooms combined. +/- One puzzle that used a smoke machine was fun, but could have been utilized even more. -An ending puzzle had finicky controls, and once you found out what to do, it was hard to get it placed just right. +/- There was a searching puzzle that we missed because it was in a location we would normally not check in an escape room. +/- Outside of the robot itself, this game didn’t have the “wow” moments of the other two at Nemesis. This isn’t necessarily a problem with the game, but more a testament to how amazing the other two games at Nemesis.

It’s amazing. There’s a couple puzzles that I think could have been communicated a bit better, there’s a couple aspects of the room that feel clunky. But in the end, it’s an amazing experience that excels in puzzles, set, story. Just play it.

Super fun room, all of the nemesis club rooms are just a cut above the rest. Try it, you won't regret it.

the game was great up until the end “mini-game” it wasn’t described well and too touchy.

The Nemesis Club are masters in what they do and this room is no exception. I was a little more confused on how to get started with this room than the Mogollom Monster, but once our group picked up momentum, the rest of the puzzles became more intuitive. A minor hiccup but there was one puzzle in the end that suffered from a little wear and tear . However, our group of five still had fun regardless. Our game master’s humor was much appreciated and we could tell that they matched our enthusiasm by showing us more of the room. Since we were traveling from LA, I will remember them for going the extra mile for us! Their milkshake shop next door was a worthy stop as a reward for the puzzles. Would recommend allotting more time because ice cream just tastes so much better after an escape room!

Honestly these people are the best at what they do, so much passion goes into these rooms and they make everything so immersive! Loved this room so much!

This was such a fun room and cool idea. Loved the robots and props. My favorite room I've done so far!!! Bitty Bot was a great little cherry on top!! Highly highly recommend

LOVE this room!! i wish i had more time to just enjoy the decor! it was fun just being in the space. there were some puzzles that kept us on our toes! but we still had a good time! the ending was so cute!!
