The Surgery

This is one of the best escape rooms I've experienced so far. A novel way to start and then absolutely tons of puzzles to figure out. Tight to fit it into an hour with only 2 players, however, there is an option to cut out part of the room when you book as a 2 player to save some time (probably about 10 mins). We didn't take this option, but if you're new to escape rooms or rarely escape, I'd definitely recommend to make it more manageable.

Good theme and puzzles, with some really cool props. Roux was our host and was great.

We loved this escape room. Roux was our host and they were great. We were a team of 2 and were given the option to remove a puzzle as a smaller team which we didn’t take. We’re really glad we did the full room!

🩻🩺 You can tell this is one of their older rooms, but still enjoyable nonetheless. Contains just a bit of gore if that’s not your vibe. Played as a duo and was given the option to remove a puzzle they include for larger teams- we opted to keep it in and were still able to comfortably escape. Locked In Glasgow is definitely one of the top (if not the top) escape businesses in Glasgow, and we had brilliant customer service both times we visited. Shout out to Fraser!

Escaped with seconds to spare! Recommended room.

(Review from November 2018!) - The rooms are multirooms which makes it more exciting with more to see than being stuck in the same room. The decor is exceptional (some other places are a bit worn), puzzles are challenging and interesting and the best things are the electronics in the rooms. The staff are friendly and if you don't escape, they take the time to explain the bits you never did which isn't always done elsewhere.

LOTS of puzzles. We had a little issue with one of the puzzles which actually affected us escaping as we were unable to solve it due to an issue which was not picked up on. Staff were apologetic and we still enjoyed the room but plan to return when we’ve forgot a lot of it to add it to the escaped list. A room for a larger or more experienced team.
