Scooby-Doo™ and the Spooky Castle Adventure

Love the tribute to Scooby-Doo. The neon lights work so well with the theme. There were many unique mechanics that flowed so well with telling the story, but also a few puzzling puzzles that could easily stumble anyone. It’s a shame it just didn’t wrap well for me. The game could have been cleaned out just a little bit.

The game was super cool! I liked the atmosphere and the puzzles! The story line was awesome and overall we had a great time! Will be coming back for sure!

Escapology Garwood is a fantastic location i will be going back to. I have done multiple of their rooms.

Fantastic room, great puzzles, great theme!!! One puzzle was a little finicky and it took a lot of effort to get our guides to confirm that we had in fact solved it. They did give us extra time because of this.

Super fun! Themed room are something Escapology does so well. Super nostalgic and fun even for younger players

Some Of the props didn’t work actually. We wasted so much time trying to do the correct thing, the game master kept telling us to do the same thing we were doing, then they came in, did the same thing, realized it wasn’t working, and didn’t comp our time. There’s something with scooby snacks that was pretty cool but besides that …if it wasn’t scooby doo themed, I wouldn’t recommend .

They have some pretty good rooms… just need to change them out more often and maybe stay up to date with broken stuff cause there’s been times I’ve gone and stuff doesn’t open

Wanted to like this room a lot but it left us frustrated. With a theme like Scooby Doo puzzles could’ve been a tad bit easier to follow.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The room was still enjoyable, but I wish there was more to the room. We went to celebrate a birthday because their favorite show is Scooby-Doo and we still had a great time!

I’m going to second what Stephie said on this one - we went in thinking we were going to absolutely love it (because hello, Escaplology AND Scooby-Doo?! Seems like a great combo). Anyways, we were let down, and unfortunately it took us forever to get started because the only things we could do made us think we would be breaking something or doing something we shouldn’t be doing (I actually yelled at my little brother for messing around with something and told him to stop and turns out he had the right idea - ugh!) Would be nice to have a disclaimer going in that it’s much more touch and mess around oriented since the other Escapology rooms aren’t.
