My second room ever and this is probably North Valley's worst, it felt pretty officy (hence principal's office) and had some confusing puzzles. North Valley has definitely improved since and I think this was more of an introduction into rooms and they've learned now. Story was bad, set was sub-par, and immersion was not at the level it needed to be. Customer service here has always been great!
