Permanently Closed - You were driving home late one night and your car broke down. A local nurse named Emily was driving by and offered to take you to use her phone to call for help. After agreeing to go back to her house you quickly realise that she is not as innocent as she first seemed. You try to leave Emily’s house and realise that you have been locked in. You discover you are not her first victim and begin to uncover clues left behind by the author she previously kidnapped. She has trapped you in her home and left to run some errands. You have 60 minutes to escape before you discover how far she will go to keep you here.

Not the strongest game at Escape Reality, escaped in just over 30 minutes and it only took that long because some puzzles were not well signposted or logical. Feels like there should be more puzzles and better signposting, but would give them the benefit of the doubt as I played in 2017 and it may have improved since then.

This was one of the first escape rooms I did and visited with an organised group rather than with a team. It was enjoyable with nothing to compare to but I found there to be a lot of logic leaps and confusion of what to do so dressed up instead. I did play this some time ago so things may have changed as has my experience with rooms since then.
