He has created a sick and twisted game in his deceased mother's basement. He hopes to SLAUGHTER the unintelligent and find those who are worthy of escaping by his late mother's standards. Ligit scary. Like, we are all adults, and it was scarier than any haunted house I’ve ever been in. And the puzzles were so good!

One word: INTENSE! My group is pretty experienced (over 100 games) and we were not expecting what occurred in this room. Having played top games in the US, we still have yet to feel the same as we did playing this room: Pure terror! Excellent immersion. Clues were nothing special, but the fear element, and need to face that fear, adds a whole new level to the game. We still talk about it often, and our group chat was changed to “The Basement Support Group.” This room is a MUST!

our first room with live actors, and it was memorable! intense escape is always our first company that we recommend to new or experienced people. the room is scary, but fun at the same time. the puzzles were all of good quality, and so were the scares!

The basement was a memorable experience. Even though I wasn’t fond of the puzzles, it’s a room I will think about for the foreseeable future. I’d recommend you check it out if you’re nearby, but don’t make a long travel just to play it.

I was not fond of the puzzles in the room. No real tech, mostly lock boxes. The puzzles didn’t make a lot of sense and we didn’t solve all of them to complete the game.

Not the scariest game I’ve ever played, but the perceived threat definitely does make your heart race a bit. The late game interactions with your GM are also something to laud- not a top tier game but overall an enjoyable experience if you’re into it’s type of gameplay
