For me this game was right on the brink between like and love. There were many things I loved about it. I went with like only because I feel like the game flow was not always intuitive and a few nudges were needed to clarify what should happen next. We've played many many games and can usually figure out how to proceed without getting a hint but there are a couple of spots in this game where I'm not sure anyone would know what happens next without a nudge. That being said, I loved the storyline, theming, effects and tech in this room very much.
The game play was novel with the use of a high tech tool but the flow was sometimes good and sometimes a bit unclear.
The design, props and special effects were all fantastic. Completely immersive and a lot of fun.
Staff was great and very helpful.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
The game uses a high tech tool and backlight effects to create a spooky fun experience.
Story was creepy and memorable. All elements were seamlessly integrated.
Some of the hiccups in game flow made this harder than it needed to be. A few tweaks and this would be a medium difficulty game.
Very high tech. No locks.
We played with two and escaped.
Not terrifying but definitely spooky.
Spooky and deals with grisly murders.
