Blast From The Past

Rating: 3.5/5 Fun room, seems like it's hard to go wrong with 60 to Escape, they're better than most rooms out there. Good set with lots of details, fun video game nostalgia, nice variety of puzzles, different areas to explore, lots of tech, had lighting and sound effects, only a single padlock/lockbox. We struggled a bit as a team of 2 as this is kind of non-linear and we were fatigued after a long day, but the GM was awesome and provided the right amount of nudges at the right time so that we got out with 2 min remaining. I'd recommend a team of 4. These minor nitpicks are why I didn't rate this a ❤️: -There were some neat aspects but no particular "wow" or "that's so cool" moments for me -I wasn't a fan of some of the puzzles -Some of it didn't flow too well for us -Not of the fan of the searching aspects -I prefer rooms that are more linear since I usually play as a smaller team UPDATE: My ranking of 60 to Escape rooms (all locations) I've played so far starting with my favorite: 1. Loved this room! The nostalgia was great as well as the theming, puzzles, and flow- overall a really excellent game!

We really liked this game. It was non linear and had parts multiple people could work on at once. The theme was awesome and if you went to the arcade as a kid this room will hit you with a little nostalgia. Overall a fun great game for both beginners and people who like a good story and set design.

This was an awesome room, a very unique aesthetic involving arcades that I've never seen before despite how many I've done. Very impressive to see the arcade games repurposed for puzzles, and I loved how unique those all felt. There are a few scavenger hunt portions that we got stuck at, but beyond that, the setting and atmosphere and puzzles were all excellent.

Fun room. I love arcades. The theme and the story were great. Set design was cool. Puzzles were ok. I think there was 1 or 2 puzzles that weren't working when we played. Flo could be improved in a few places.but overall fun

This was a pretty solid overall room. The story was quirky and there was a ton of great arcade nostalgia. It wasn't a very difficult room either, probably because everything was logical and just made sense. Sometimes easier rooms are nice because they leave you with enough mental energy to play another room - and 60 to Escape has a lot of great ones to try!

Room was cool just a little small.

This arcade was such a fun blast from the past. There were a lot of environmental puzzles to noodle through and most of the experience was very engaging. There were a couple of puzzles where the inputs were a bit finicky and one puzzle in particular that would've benefitted from some sort of feedback while entering the code but other than that it was a very fun ride the whole way through.
