Just fine. Put toward the bottom of your Orlando list. Skip this if you're a tourist. Not great, but hey, it's an escape room!

As an experienced escape room team (we play frequently), we recently completed all three rooms here. Overall, we had a mixed experience and see areas for potential improvement.The first room started with a really cool effect we hadn't seen before, which was a great hook! However, the puzzles felt quite repetitive throughout the room. Specifically, many puzzles involved finding items and simply placing them on different sensors around the room, a pattern that occurred multiple times. More variety in puzzle types would definitely enhance this room.A significant point of frustration was the sock requirement for the first room. While we had appropriate shoes, one team member didn't have socks and had to purchase them. Crucially, we made our booking over the phone and were never advised of this requirement during that call. We also reviewed the several emails received beforehand, none of which mentioned socks were mandatory, only recommending comfortable shoes. This lack of clear communication upfront was disappointing.The second room had some good elements, but we felt the moments where the "killer" interacts with the group were less impactful without a live actor physically entering the room. We noticed reviews on platforms like Morty from as recently as last year (2024) where other teams mentioned having a live actor take on the killer's persona during these checks. When we asked our game master about this after our game, we were told it had been discontinued since COVID. This felt a bit misleading given the recent reviews suggesting the live actor was still part of the experience for others, and we believe reinstating this element would significantly enhance the immersion and excitement of this room.In the third room, the puzzles were just average; there wasn't anything that particularly stood out as a great or memorable puzzle. We also felt the ending was a bit anticlimactic, wishing the final puzzle or the escape moment itself had a more impactful reveal or conclusion.Regarding the staff, we interacted with two hosts during our visit. One host was very helpful and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about us being there, which was appreciated. However, our interaction with the second host was less positive. Our entire team felt they seemed uninterested and somewhat dismissive of our questions. In a customer service-focused business like this, the staff interaction significantly impacts the overall experience, and this particular interaction was a bit off-putting.Overall, there's potential here, but clearer communication on requirements (especially for phone bookings), some adjustments to puzzle design and interactive elements (particularly bringing back the live actor in the second room and enhancing the third room's puzzles and finale), and consistent, positive staff engagement could really improve the player experience.

Was expecting this room to be a lot worse based on the reviews, but it was fine! First room with this company, and I did the room with coworkers instead of my usual crew, but we still got out with 12 minutes left. It wasn't my favorite room I've done by any means, but it also doesn't warrant a dislike either. It does say it's an accessible room on Morty, but you duck through a door, and I think it would be too low for a chair, but maybe they have some other way to accommodate.

Overall it was a good experience. Nothing too crazy or complicated. A good one if you are new to the escape room world. First time we did a room where they added other people.

Made the way back to Harrowing to wrap up time there before the next experience releases! This experience was one that did leave me wishing a little more was done with it. Puzzle play itself was not hard but there were many times that we were left to just insinuate where things were or needed a very clear clue as to where to look for things that we missed. This is a black light HEAVY experience so make sure to use it often! Set was standard for the location and was good and dandy for what to expect! If you are diligent in your searching for items and using that black light this should be a quick and easy experience for most players :)

Don’t overthink this one, we made 2 big rookie mistakes that cost us a few minutes. Can be done with just 2 like we tried. Had we not forgot the basics, this one would have been completed.

Best thing about this place is the rescue cat! This was our second room at this location. There were 3 of us. The decor/atmosphere was alright, but needed upgrading. Some of the puzzles were difficult because they needed a leap in thought to complete. We needed clues to get out which we don’t like. Overall we felt a little blah after finishing. The room overall gets close but misses the mark.

The story itself was okay, of the 3 rooms at this location it falls right in the middle

Better than Toxicity but that’s not saying much. A very basic room that has its challenge come from a lack of cohesion and not actual puzzle difficulty. Also, just some weird choices made all around- why do you have a bright light shining directly at players eyes?

It was okay. We have played a lot of escape rooms and some of the things just didn’t make sense of how we were supposed to use the astrology charts. We also missed an important item in the beginning which might have helped. I think we were a little tired and more frustrated when we played this game.
