You're on the last pizza delivery of the night, and walking along a darkened alley, you find the customer's house with the lights off and seemingly deserted. Another returned pizza could cost you your hard earned dough and worse, your job. The stakes are high and your boss needs you to deliver under pressure.

Loved the theming and vibes in the first half of the room, the story of delivering pizza in a city is creative and well executed to start. Some props felt a bit out of place or finicky in the second half, but overall it was a fun time.

Room Escape seems to be the place to visit in Ottawa! So happy it was recommended. If you’re in the area, be sure to check it out! Really loved this room as it had an original storyline, and great set design. Amazing staff too!

A bit disappointed since it was recommended to me, by escape room groups, as a must do in ottawa. A lot of locks, maybe too much, for a "recent" game, in my opinion. The plot was interesting at first but was not well executed. A lot of plot holes or puzzles that didn't make sense when you think about it afterwards. The goal of the game seems to be forgotten as soon as you enter the second room, so the interesting thing about the plot flies out the window. Maybe rethink you story. Overall it was still enjoyable, the puzzles (even tho they dont always make sense with the story) are enjoyable to do. The decors are nice and well made. I would still recommend it but not with all the praise from other escape room fans.

At first the idea is interesting. but in game it doesnt make sens. The goal that is given at the beginning is not the one you end up doing and is not even mentioned again. You finish the game with a lot of unanswered questions.

This room is solid, but there were a few frustrations. One was that the room wasn't reset properly. This was the fourth room we played in the same day, and three of the four weren't reset properly. The other annoyance came from a couple of puzzles that were too time consuming for the wrong reasons. We ended up with about 9 minutes left, but it wasn't without some help. I'm glad that we played, and I think that overall it was above average. It has the ability to be great thought with some tweaks.
Staff are assigned to two rooms at once, so they're not as attentive as they should be.

This is a difficult room for only two players, even if they have experience. This room (as are the three others we played here) is very non-linear, so it'd be best to divide and conquer with 4 people.
