Room definitely shows it's age with being gen 1. Very simple in design. Felt relatively easy. Room wasn't bad, just really outdated in comparison to newer tech rooms. If you are use to higher production value rooms, you'll be disappointed.

The Agency is a classic escape room done with a flair that would have made it stand out in its time. The set isn’t the focus, which sort of fits into the early “haphazardly decorated room of strange puzzle artifacts” genre. The focus was the puzzles. While the puzzles were occasionally dated, there was a strong amount of both tactile manipulation and near illusionary transformations. My favorite puzzle took a common puzzle type and adapted it seamlessly into the set, a feat even more impressive given how the few instances I’ve seen both did not integrate nor had the strength of this implementations cluing. Other puzzles were nicely integrated into objects that could have been decor, and the final moment was a satisfying and appropriately climatic solve. It’s aged more than The Hideout, and it lacks the beautiful set and storytelling of The Ghost of Mentryville, but it’s a good classic room with plenty cool moments.
While the game had some more standard puzzles, many interactions had interesting twists or layers to their solutions.
There was some interesting spaces, but it was not a really set focused game.

Good Gen1/2 puzzle room! For a challenge, solve with fewer people for the most things to do, puzzles were designed well and felt intuitive. Would say this room was on the easier side.

This was a moderately challenging room. It felt linear but there were moments where multiple puzzles could be solved at the same during the experience. The puzzles also had a combination of mechanical and logical, which is much appreciated. My group did all three rooms in one day and we liked them all, with The Ghost of Mentryville being the one you must do if you can only do one! Overall though, the theme is memorable and this room is more puzzle heavy, if that is what you’re looking for. I would still go out of my way to do all the three rooms at this location!

Doesn’t stand out at all but as an older and very classical escape room it’s pretty good! If you have enough time in the area don’t count it out if you’re here for Mentryville (tho Hideout’s more unique so do that one’s second priority then if you have time also do this)

Maybe? Kind of small though, also it’s in the 4th floor of the building and the elavator’s pretty hidden

The puzzles were fun, just challenging enough for a team familiar with escape rooms but also approachable for a newbie team.

We have played both The Agency and The Hideout. I really appreciate that the puzzles at Arcane all had logical, sensical clues. No lazy associations or mental acrobatics required, but not easy either. We found this room challenging for two players and narrowly missed out on escaping. Hope they will be reopening their third room.
