Burlesque

What a great room! Classic murder mystery and we loved the entrance to the room. This room was old school lock and key but the puzzles flowed really well and game master interaction was great. Set was immersively designed but again fell into the trap of a lot of do not touch signs (although not as many as the Clockworks room). This was the better of the two rooms we played, I’d give this one a 7/10

Burlesque really set the bar for how an escape room should be - I’ve done many rooms since this one, and this is still my favourite. Truly outstanding

The 2nd of the escape rooms I have completed at EscapeXperience. My Partner had done this one before with a friend but thought it was so good she just had to take me to do it aswell. I tend to agree. The room was very well themed with a high production value with a very immersive introduction to the room. There was some very fun puzzles that we haven't seen in other rooms before. The story and puzzle flow felt very natural even though we had access to multiple puzzles at once. Could not recommend this room more.

A really well designed room with heaps of on theme puzzles that I thoroughly enjoyed. The flow of the room was clear with an interesting, interactive opening that fitted well within the story. The set design was eclectic and fun which made the hunting around for clues a good level of difficult, further enhancing the detective vibe. Clearly a lot of care and love has gone into this room with everything feeling polished and thought out. Our Game Master Nathan was a jet, running a couple rooms by himself he did a great job with the story and made us feel very welcome.

This room is so good, I've done it twice! One of the best in Melbourne with the team who introduced escape rooms to Melbourne. Loads of detail, an intricate and interesting story to work with, and a sense of mystery and threat that hangs over your head the entire time. There's lots of surprises and elements in this room that I have not experienced anywhere else.

As close as you can get to a perfect escape room. Great theming, wide assortment of puzzles, and a story that creates a sense of urgency. Burlesque has a balanced difficulty that suits all levels of experience and kept us engaged from start to finish. One of my all-time favourites.
