Permanently Closed - A trip into the heart of London, you and your team of elite private investigators have been contacted by Mrs Richards about a murder that has taken place in her daughter’s apartment. Her daughter Hayley was found motionless laying on the sofa with a letter next to her. Locked inside, you will have to utilize your investigational abilities to reveal the hidden secrets, solve the crime and escape the room before more people get hurt.

Played this room on its final day of being open and had quite a good time. Definitely a classic style escape room with an abundance of lock and key puzzles along with ciphers and hide and seek. For an old room it actually held up pretty well, it wasn't too worn and everything worked as it was meant to. Was sold to us as a more story heavy room but we left feeling a bit lost as to what that actually was. An overall solid room with a plethora of puzzles, though I am glad to see they're giving it flip due to age.

Two locks were left unlocked, didn't effect our experience as we play many games and know not to open random locks but could've been worse for a less experienced group.

A very traditional escape room by all definitions, I had a really good time with this one. Included a healthy amount of puzzles that seemed to vary between a linear and non-linear flow which I wasn't mad about. For a 7 year-old room it definitely had signs of general wear and tear but nothing that deters from the experience as a whole. The main con was the weak storyline that unfortunately didn't really explore the detective/murder mystery theme to its full potential. Overall we were lucky enough to play this one on its very last day before being flipped and we weren't disappointed. Rest in peace Case 32 xx

We did play Case 32 on its last day before it was permanently closed. Still didn’t quite hit the mark I was expecting, with a few puzzles showing its age and incorrectly reset. Was an overall ok room, I enjoyed this more than spellbound personally. After reading some reviews on extreme escape Morty page… it’s concerning the amount of misleading and contradictory reviews which leaves me questioning if I would go back. Not a good look to leave fake reviews on Morty and Google.
