I'm a bit surprised by all of the hype tbh. The room was definitely very good, but perhaps I'm a bit spoilt being from Canberra where it feels like all of the rooms are a very high standard. The finale was a standout, and some of the puzzles were quite clever, but overall it didn't blow my mind.

Played this room twice now, once in 2021 and the other in 2025 because the puzzle design is just top-notch. It is also the only room i've ever played twice. It starts out with a solid, creepy vibe, but the tension really builds and gets even more 'cursed' as you progress to the next rooms. Even without any live actors, the atmosphere manages to be truly terrifying, and there are a few small jump scares to watch out for. Cipher Rooms always deliver the best finales, and this one didn't disappoint either time. Highly recommended if you want a genuine thrill. One of the best escape rooms I’ve ever done. Some real wow moments revealing creative puzzles and it has an amazing crescendo like nothing I’ve seen in a room before

What an awesome room and experience! The puzzles in the room flow very well! I love non-linear rooms and this room does a great job with providing your team with several different puzzles to work on at the same time. All the puzzles in the room follow a toy theme from start to end which further adds to the immersion of the room. The puzzles flow very well and you always know which solutions are for which padlock! The set is creepy and unnerving but I would not say its that its that scary so most groups will generally be fine. There are also no jumpscares in the room as well but there are moments where the lights do go off for some cool effects. The ending of the room really wowed us and probably the coolest ending that I have seen for an escape room!

Cipher rooms remain my favourite of all, and Mr Pepper’s Toy Shop is no exception.

That room was literally escape the night season 3 episode 6 like it was really cute and i love a doll shoppe moment. the puzzles were ok, not hard but not too easy. also thomas is fine as hell if u get thomas as ur game master he fine as hell thomas is so fine. foine

This was a great escape room. I enjoyed all of the special effects and it was good for intermediate players. I found that it challenged my team but also not too difficult to the point that it was unsolvable.

Very fun room! Loved the story and room theme the whole way through.
