i'm not a big fan of scary rooms but this one was just scary enough and so well-made. One of my favorite rooms in all of Orange County. Did it with just two people and it was manageable so I think two or three is the right size group. Owners/game masters were so nice and personable and I just absolutely loved them.

Book it! Not only were the puzzles fun, but the set was immersive and the flow was phenomenal. The owners clearly knew what they were doing when they built the room.

Great game! We did as a tester for a new group and we all had a fun time working together! Definitely spooky at times but not super scary!

More hilarious than scary, 13th Basement is an excellent parody of escape rooms and horror! There are parts that are a little spooky and there are a few jump scares, but we easily handled it and we are cowards. It probably helped that we were laughing our butts off at the tongue-in-cheek humor too much to be scared. The moments toward the end were definitely A+ eff the audience moments, and I’m all here for it. If you are an escape room enthusiast, or even just a horror fan, enter if you dare to die from laughter!

Room is themed fantastic. Huge space and a ton of fun. The GM was very kind and answered 1000 questions for us after the game. 10/10 would recommend.

Incredible room! GMs were knowledgeable and had so many interesting facts and stories about about escape rooms. This truly felt like a labour of love and a love letter to the escape room genre. Truly did not want the game to end! Ambiance was a little spooky with some small jump scares. Puzzles were interesting and well thought out, and the linear outline of them made a lot of sense. Truly one of our favorite rooms! Looking forward to their next one.

What a fun room! 😁 Just really the right amount of scary -- a few jumpscares here and there but nothing too crazy. They utilized the lighting, sound effects, and set design so well to really create an immersive experience. The puzzles weren't too crazy hard either, but challenging enough for 2 people. Overall, very fun room. I love the theme! Christine and Jeremiah were amazing too! You can tell they put so much love, care, and passion in this room. Can't wait to come back for their upcoming escape room. 🤗
