This room was good for our group of 4 adults and a couple 7 year olds. We got all the way through it and never got totally stuck to the point of needing clues. Good for kids.
Gameplay
Straightforward puzzles. Not too complicated.
Atmosphere
A little beat up but it got the job done
Customer service
Very nice staff.
Was anything broken?
No
Not broken but a few items had seen better days.

We played three enchanting escape rooms in the North Hollywood location, and we absolutely loved them. We’re thrilled to support this love for pop escape rooms, and they truly put a lot of heart into every room. This particular room took us a significant amount of time because it had numerous locks and combination locks to open. It would definitely be best suited for three people, and maybe even four or five. There are a few tricky puzzles, which I appreciate. The clues are conveniently located in one place, and the environment is a great theme. I love the decor and the immersive world they’ve created. While there aren’t any actual mechanical puzzles, there are plenty of boxes and locks that require careful attention to the words written on them. Overall, it’s a well-crafted medium-difficulty room.

This game had a lot of different types of puzzles. Really easy to overthink some. Good production value, for being one of their oldest rooms at this location. Highly recommend playing

Task Force Agency: As potential future secret agents, we had to prove our worth in order to qualify for admission to the academy. Pros: Although we were tired after our flight to the Los Angeles area, the game master at Enchanted Escape Room quickly improved our spirits with his enthusiasm and joy. First we tackled Spellbound. This other-worldly adventure through the spirit realm challenged us with a variety of magic-themed puzzles. We had little trouble progressing through the game with few hints thanks to good game flow and logical puzzle design. We had a similar experience as undercover agents playing Task Force Agency. The game had several unique physical puzzles that deviated from the monotony of typical escape room word or math puzzles. We needed a few more hints than usual to move us along, but we were ultimately able to uncover the sleeper cells and succeed in our mission. Cons: The set design was somewhat cheesy (mostly with the game Spellbound). Cheap props tended to detract a bit from the magic of an otherwise great room. In Task Force Agency, shoddy equipment or puzzle pieces complicated or delayed the puzzle-solving. For those who play lots of escape rooms, you will recognize this as a pretty typical phenomenon for most establishments. But in Los Angeles the escape rooms tend to go above and beyond in set design, so this one is a bit atypical of the norm in the area. This should not deter people from playing. Enchanted Escape Room is definitely a good, solid game-play experiencs and is definitely recommended for both beginner and advanced players alike! I loved how much there was to do! All of the puzzles were fun, none were terribly difficult but there was a lot for two people.

First off, this was my first time playing at this escape room place; I was impressed by the set design of the room we played. We played spellbound and it was super fun and the gameplay was great! The room itself was non-liner. My game master Valerie was amazing and very informative which helped us get through the room without having to many hints! I would definitely recommend coming to this location and playing their rooms! I will definitely be back too!
Gameplay
It is a bit different than other maze games places but I thought it was pretty good
Atmosphere
I really enjoyed the set design, it is a bit of an older design with letter locks and traditional key locks

Great Ambiance. A bit wordy for my taste but it is called "Spellbound" so it stands to reason. A couple good red herrings. Only gripe is that one of the puzzles was difficult to trigger even though we solved it. Stil though, Grandma loved her first escape room experience. Expect word puzzles.

i can see why the thumbs down review lol. def a lower quality escape room than what i’m used to. i would say this is a good room for kids or beginners. puzzles were straightforward. we had a group of 4 and it was a good amount. non linear room so we could each do a puzzle and be busy. would i do it again if i could go back? ehhh
