Pretty sure this game is no longer offered, but the company is still around. A decent museum heist room. It worked although it was an older room. Really enjoyed the art-themed puzzles & the set did make you feel like you were in a museum. The opening was actually in the dark as you worked to restore power. Looking back, we had a lot of fun!

The first clue needs to be better explained, or they need a new prop.
Gameplay
Each puzzle seemed to be a stand alone event. Some were easy enough to grasp, some made no sense or were too confusing in their instructions.
Atmosphere
The scene is set up well, multiple rooms make it a full experience.
Customer service
Staff was outstanding. Lobby is a little confusing but they got us sorted quickly.
Story
Plot seemed to flow well, some holes but that’s not uncommon.

Honestly, this is the worst room we've ever done. We're not snobby like a lot of enthusiasts, but, the room made absolutely no sense and also had nonsensical decor. Hated every minute of it
