This game is a blast!!! I love puzzles that fit the story/world and this game has plenty of them. A few puzzles seemed to need logic leaps but not so much that it ruined the experience. Really enjoyed the overall theming of the lobby and hallways in addition to the room itself. Customer service was great.

My minor critiques would be some of the word locks were finicky and need replacing, and one room is poorly lit to the point it made a puzzle unsolvable without hints. These felt minor in the context of the overall experience which was delightful.
Lots of fun puzzles and activities that fit the theme. Good flow with a few logic jumps requiring hints for my team.
Beautiful set! Fun reveals! Like many rooms, could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, new locks, and better lighting.

A little bit of throwing and pulling needed. Some crouching needed. But no crawling or climbing. And the dexterity stuff can be done by 1-2 people instead of full group.
Accessibility
Elevator gives access from the mall entrance to the rooms! One doorway would not be accessible but they provide an alternative way that doesn’t miss anything and is still accessible. With that said, someone in the group needs to be able to stoop/crouch down for a puzzle and a few others require reaching up/pulling.
