We've never seen Stranger Things and didn't really know what to expect. We stumbled on two puzzles that in retrospect should have figured out and some of the tech proved glitchy. Some better cluing would have helped especially on the final puzzle which sealed our fate. We got it just not quite in time. GM was great which always helps the general enjoyment of a room.

This was one of those rooms that just wasn't for me. For one thing, I haven't seen Stranger Things, so (although I was able to understand the general idea) the various locations seemed kind of disjointed to me. More importantly, this game was obviously designed by somebody who hasn't hit middle age. A communication puzzle depended on a scratchy walky-talky that my middle-aged ears struggled to understand. There was a lot of squinting at things in dim lighting that my middle-aged eyes struggled with. At one point, I had to spend a long time kneeling while bending my middle-aged wrist at an uncomfortable angle. I wouldn't have minded if I found the puzzles delightful but I didn't walk away feeling like I had any amazing ""aha!"" moments. Maybe this is all just me (although I note that I have rarely encountered so many problems in any of the almost 100 other rooms I have played.) Whatever the reason, this just wasn't a fun one for me.

Puzzles were unique, fresh and homemade specifically for this room. Gotta give it a cheer for having zero locks in the entire game! 😍 The rooms flow perfectly between linear and nonlinear. Does require strong teamwork, especially in Act 2 but for the best! Overall, we were speechless with the amount of fun we had! It was refreshing, intricate and somewhat cozy if you can believe it. 🧩❤️
Through the whole game the lights effect, music and immersion were top notch. It perfectly captures the essence of its inspirations bringing it to reality with a generous sprinkle of paranormal. 👻⬆️⬇️📻🔦
The owner was on site and welcomed us with open arms. We arrived very early and were allowed to start a few minutes after our arrival. ❤️🫂

First time playing a game inspired from this universe and wasn’t disappointed. It really differs from anything I played so far. You’re definitely missing out if you don’t come play this! 🥰
Story was simple, greatly inspired from the tv show, smooth and easy to understand even for people that never watched it before. 😇

You have to be 3 minimum. Wouldn’t advise being more than 3 or 4 since the rooms are relatively small and might ruins the experience if too large of a group. 👯♀️👯♂️
Scary
Spooky would definitely be an understatement. The game has a perfect balance between tense moments and more casual. That said, I would say the game is scary, but don’t expect hunted house level of scary.

In my personal opinion, don’t bring a child. If the person can watch horror movie or even Stranger Things and have the mental capability for some more complex puzzle, this is the right fit.

A led light wasn’t completely working as intended for one of the puzzle. On the other hand they handled it perfectly and gave us a small hint about it when we arrived to this said step. For one of the keypad you need to be gentle with the buttons otherwise you might temporarily bug it. Once again they helped us in a matter of a few seconds. 💪❤️

If you have mobility issues I would not recommend this game. If you have epilepsy be warned there’s multiple instances of flashing light.

Upon entering, I was drawn to the interior design, which felt welcoming and cozy. We were greeted by the owner, who was cordial. He allowed us to begin early, considering we had our flights shortly after the games. Since the 4 of us knew Stranger Things, we enjoyed the familiar setting of Missing.

Super immersive room! Cool jump scares and the theme fit the room nicely. Perfect for stranger things lovers. I felt like the puzzles were moderately difficult.

Fun puzzle but some decor elements were older and worn down. Our game master was slightly pushy when it came to hints but very understanding when we asked him to stop. The room is spooky but do not expect a horror room. I very much enjoyed this room regardless of all it’s little quirks.

This room was a great take on Stranger Things that did not feel like a cheap ripoff. The set design was very good, but the story itself felt a little lacking. Still, an enjoyable room with some very cool moments and definitely worth doing.
