I didn’t really know much about this room before playing it…tbh I thought it was all going to take place on an airplane. Turns out, the airplane is just the beginning of the adventure. Volcano Views proved to be a surprising experience, with many unique elements that I haven’t seen in escape rooms elsewhere. It’s family-friendly, but is also engaging enough to entertain our group of three grown adults. The set design doesn’t have the polish of some other top-level GTA rooms (the last 1/4 of the experience def requires some suspension of disbelief), but it more than makes up for it in pure fun and physicality. Even as experienced players, we were surprised multiple times over the course of our journey. Difficulty was generally pretty easy, so I’d recommend a group size of 2-3 experienced enthusiasts. Our GM did a great job and brought an authentic joy to the experience. We had a slight technical hiccup at one point, and she addressed it very promptly. I don’t remember her name, but she was maybe Asian or mixed, tall, with glasses. This woman deserves a raise!

Rating: 4.5/5 - One of my favorites! An ambitious, action driven game with unique set. Pros: ➕Main part of the set looked so cool and made great use of the vertical space, it was decorated floor to ceiling and they made use of all that space. It's way more than just a single room game. ➕The entire narrative had a sense of humor and felt like something out of an action movie ➕Numerous surprises and "wow" moments, everything from the intro to the finale. ➕Puzzles were fun, they were more task-like but I really like that for an action oriented game. ➕Everything was tech based, tactile, and/or physical, no padlocks. ➕Intro and outro videos were funny and well done ➕Good use of ambient audio to add to the mood. ➕GM was friendly and helpful when needed Minor nitpicks: ➖Some parts of the set are not quite as immersive and detailed as the rest ➖Due to some wear and tear, one thing got stuck and required the GM to come in to help. ➖Their standard is to have the GM come in to give hints. We played as a team of 3 (paid for 4) and finished with 10-20 min left. I would stick to 3-4 players. My ranking of the rooms I played here starting with my favorite: 1. Volcano Views (this is a must-play) 2. Firefighter Rescue If you play both, I'd recommend starting with Firefighter Rescue since it's an older game.

This was a really physical and lighthearted game that had us sweating by the end! Some fantastic prop and puzzle concepts, though the set is showing signs of wear and tear. I really wish it had a bigger budget to pull off some of its ideas more effectively, but it’s still a very good game with lots of spaces, lots of diverse puzzles, and lots of fun!

This is a weird and wonderful game. First and foremost, if you’re looking to challenge your mind, go somewhere else. This game almost entirely deals with physical and tactile puzzles, without pretty much any mental challenges. It uses space in a fascinating way, and it’s super cool to see, even if it’s a bit strange at times. There’s also some physicality (not a spoiler- it’s on their website), mostly consisting of several steps, so be careful of that too. I can’t really describe this game in a review, it’s something you have to check out for yourself. It’s not perfect by any means, but it’s doing some really cool things that aren’t often explored in the escape room world. This is not a traditional escape room at all. You should check this one out.

The production quality was overall good, but I think this escape room is great for kids! I’d rate it easy. My group had 5 adults and we didn’t have any issues solving each puzzles along the way. Note that some physical activities are involved.

This was probably the biggest escape room I've done in terms of floor area that spans multiple floors. The game is fairly linear and there weren't that many puzzles, but the physical space and set design was really fun. The puzzles themselves were fairly straightforward and they used physical space in fun and creative ways. There was one puzzle towards the beginning that wasn't super intuitive that we needed a hint to clarify. Overall, would really recommend this one just for the set design and atmosphere alone. Great if you have a group of mixed experience escapers.
