Out of 350+ games I’ve played. This is my top 10 worst experiences I’ve ever had in an escape room. Well for starters it’s the most expensive, you have to pay more if you want a privet game, their booking fee is 9% (higher than any other escape room in town), the game masters are not “masters” of anything at all. In fact, it seems like they are randomly hired and not trained or even know what an escape rooms are, how to properly prepare groups for entering an escape game, or even reset and prepare the room to be played. Half of the puzzles were unlocked, there was something that did absolutely require force (so much force that I broke a nail) none of the puzzles made I any sense, the and when we asked for a hint, we were waiting for over 5 mins for the game master to pay attention to even notice we were asking for a hint. This resulted in us walking out of the game, and straight out the front door. We were never confronted. So if you were looking to waste your money and have a horrible experience, then this is your place. Worst escape room in New Mexico, and in the country. -100/10.
