You’re about to inherit a vast historic estate—if you can clear your name of murder. You are Robert Montgomerie, the only remaining direct heir to the Kildermorie Estate and the Montgomerie family fortune. You’re attending a family gathering hosted by your Grandfather, Hugh ‘Monty’ Montgomerie, the 9th Earl of Kildermorie, to celebrate the dawn of the new Millennium. As the guests raise a toast, a scream fills the air…and your Grandfather is found dead in the library. It looks like MURDER, and as the direct heir, all fingers are now pointed at you! Will hidden clues reveal distant family secrets? With the police on their way, can you gather enough evidence and piece the story together to provide your innocence? 105 escape rooms

The Bethesda location definitely got a cheaper, lower quality version of the set for this game. The pictures on this Morty listing do not match the room(s) we were in. We had fun and generally enjoyed ourselves, but this game isn’t anything special. Some of the puzzles are strange and illogical, and as is true in an Escapology room, there are a lot of words. And for every 100 words, 1 will be super important - but you gotta sift through all 100 to find the 1. Beginners will have fun, experienced players will probably just be underwhelmed.
