7 Deadly Sins
Escapology - Myrtle Beach
Escape room
IRL
This game had a cool theme, cool technology , and was actually pretty immersive. Escapology does have good looking rooms down to a science. This room in particular had a major downfall though. There were puzzles in this game that were hard, I think, simply for the sake of being hard. Very time consuming and really took away from what has potential to be a fun room. It took away from the flow of the room a lot and had it been my first room at Escapology, I wouldn’t have gone back. Thankfully we had a pretty gracious game master and managed to finish and see all the room had to offer. Overall I’d have a hard time recommending this room over others that are similar

I remember doing this game because we were actually the first public game when the room opened. There were a few kinks at the time but it turned out to be a fun game and they let us finish due to the technical difficulties. We actually went back and tried with difficulty people too and it was still tough

This room was great! We would do any new room this location offers after doing the first 4 but the 75 minute experience still caught our attention. And it did not disappoint. The immersion started the second you walk in the room and the theme was thought through very well. It was full of puzzles which is my cup of tea. And they made sense to us. Id recommend this room to a newbie or enthusiast but there is a lot here to appreciate as an enthusiast. It’s hard not to give anything away but just know if you are near Columbia SC and wanted to do just 1 room, this one is probably the one Id recommend

It’s been a while since I played this game and finding Morty to be able to review, but I clearly remember it being one of my favorites. The theme was well done and not cheesy. The room had a lot of puzzles but a great flow to it. We did the Alcatraz room here too but not back to back. We enjoyed this one a lot more but we had this one to ourselves too.
Arizona Shootout - Most Wanted
Escapology - Columbia

This game was fun. Not overly difficult. A spot or two that a nudge helped. Theme was good and had a better flow than most Escapology games.

We got to do 2 rooms while we were on a work trip. We got to meet TJ, one of the owners, and he was a great game master on top of his clear passion for making rooms the best he can and it shows. This room was smaller than some but they utilize the space they have very well in the 2 we tried. Theme is immersive, the puzzles are fun and not too difficult but after doing 50 rooms, I was impressed that they were clever puzzles you dont always see. Costal is definitely an escape room place I would suggest in the Myrtle beach area. This room in particular had a spooky theme that I personally enjoyed, but it’s not over the top so anyone could do this and have a good time.
Dark Lullaby
Escape Artist Greenville - Hampton Station
Escape room

This is my favorite room out of almost 50 done so far. And this locations other room is probably #2. I don’t know if they even keep track of time but the room is definitely geared for an experience more than a challenge. And it’s got all the cool extra things escape rooms may not offer. It’s very immersive, consistent story tied to other games in the company, really top notch theme and environment, and live actors. The flow of the room is great and the puzzles difficulty is good for new players or experienced.
Escape the Titanic

We did two games here, the wizard game and then this. We liked the wizard enough to try a second room and this seemed like a cool option but they were very different. This room was really hard to get traction and maintain a flow. My wife and I had a lot of rooms under our belt and we had to rely heavily on clues to get through a lot of the puzzles. And the room itself was a lot underwhelming. This location does have a lot of rooms though so maybe it’s more of a quantity over quality in some cases 🤷🏻♂️
Missing

Missing was our second room at masterpiece and we had a better feel for their flow so we got out fairly quick but it was still a fun room. I really liked the theme and atmosphere of this one, definitely creepy.
Nevermore
Nocturne Adventures
Escape room

This game was very immersive and great for all players from beginner to experienced. The owners are very attentive and the game itself had a great flow. It’s a bit on the spooky side but not really scary. It really helps you feel like you’re in the story. I’m a very casual poe fan but there were plenty of Easter eggs that went over my head the I noticed after the fact. This room had some really cool puzzles and everything functioned really well. And if you are going to do both games here, I’d start with this one. If you only do one game here, either is good, but you’ll be back for the other. It’s definitely an experience driven game and it shows during the game
