Servants of SleightThe Exit Games FLEscape roomIRLWonderful experience. Worth the hype. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our multiple schedule changes since we were coming in from out of town. We appreciated the extra time spent with us showing us the back end of their system and all the room functions. Very cool and wonderful family run business.
Cornstalkers: Lost in the MaizeThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLWe loved all of it! The puzzles weren’t overly complicated, but were all fun. Some had unique mechanisms to them and was a mix of activities and locks. It’s a nice mix for the experience and was always themed well with what we were experiencing. Everything was designed to keep you engaged and moving forward. We very much enjoyed this one — highly recommend! Michael was our GM and he was perfect! Just enough nudges and scares to keep it moving and fully immersive.
Operation Arctic Storm: The Final MeltdownThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLThis room is a must. It’s by far one of my favorites I’ve ever done. Highly immersive and so well thought out. Great flow. Wonderful gameplay. Excellent game master - Ross rocks! Want to come back and do it again with other people.
Down The Rabbit HoleThe Final DoorEscape roomIRLOverall enjoyed the theme and the room. There was one puzzle in the first room that I loved because it was so unique - it was delightful and just made me smile. The only complaint is that we told the place that my husband had back issues and could not participate in a couple of physical aspects, and they said there were alternates to that, but there really weren’t. So, if you have back issues proceed with caution - I don’t want to give anything away, but just be careful and go slowly as needed. It was just the two of us, and my husband who doesn’t like escape rooms had a good time - which made it all the better!
Seven Dwarfs: Mining MissionImprobable Escapes - WonderlandEscape roomIRLI highly recommend this room both in person and online. Just being online made me want to fly to Canada to try this room out in person. Multiple rooms, all immersive — you really felt like you were at the Seven Dwarfs cottage and mine. Well worth the cost.
The Sneaky Snake LoungeEscape UEscape roomIRLI was either having an off day, or the flow was a bit disjointed at times. We typically don’t have to ask for clues in a room, but we asked for several in this one. We found ourselves staring at times, unsure what to do. The theme was fun, and the live actor was entertaining.
Wagon Train: End of Outlaws' ReignLocksmith Escape GamesEscape roomIRLThe only real negative was that the air conditioner was broken. It was hot in the room, but in a Wild West theme it was easy to chalk it up to extra immersion 🤣 Our GM was nice enough to provide us with cold water bottles because she knew it was hot. They really need a new location. Otherwise the experience was a delightful. New approaches to the western theme with a beautiful set. We missed a few of the more obvious puzzles and over-thought others, but that’s on us. The room was a lot of fun and good for all ages. No jump scares or anything like that. Escape Ventures created the room, so you can’t go wrong there. We did fine with 2 people. I would not recommend more than 4 people in that space. Also, apparently they are open after the malls closes, so you need to be sure to park behind the location on the first floor and come in the back. Don’t follow your GPS, or you will have issues finding your car when you’re escorted out of the back of the building.

The Lost Temple – “The Search For Annalise Rockhound”Epic EscapesEscape roomIRLOn a whim we called to book their Temple Room. Mary was kind enough to let us book the room for 2 people instead of the 3 person minimum for which we were appreciative. Linley was our game master, and he made sure we had a great time — we would do another room with him as our GM again! I’m a huge fan of escape rooms and have completed over 50 at this point; my husband is the opposite — escape rooms aren’t his thing, but he will do them with me. He said this was one of his favorites - he had a great time! Though not overly challenging, it was just right for what we wanted today. Nothing too challenging, but plenty of fun.
